Meet the Team

Director – Sue Davies     

Sue joined us in 2017, having worked in social housing,for over 30 years. Directly reporting to the Board, she is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the daily management of the Society’s Business, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements including Consumer Standards, and providing leadership and direction.

Head of Property –   Hadrian Noble

Hadrian has been with us since 2021, with over 20 years’ experience of asset management. As well as ensuring your homes are well maintained Hadrian is responsible for Building Safety and works with qualified risk assessors to manage fire safety in the buildings that we own.

Housing Team –

Our Housing Team lets our properties, manages income collection and is here to support you.
