Our Leadership Team
Director – Sue Davies
Sue joined us in 2017,and has worked in social housing for over 35 years. Directly reporting to the Board, she is responsible for guiding and implementing strategy, and coordinating all aspects of the daily management of the Society’s Business, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements, including Consumer Standards, and providing leadership and direction.

Head of Property – Hadrian Noble
Hadrian has been with us since 2021, and has over 25 years’ experience of asset management and Housing Associations. As well as ensuring that your homes are well maintained, Hadrian is responsible for Building Safety and works with qualified risk assessors to manage fire safety in the buildings that we own.

Our Leadership Team
Head of Finance & Governance – Lorraine Green
Lorraine joined us in 2025, having previously worked in a senior finance and governance role at Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce. Her job is to make sure that we remain financially viable and well governed in order to support tenant wellbeing, provide more homes and remain an independent Housing Association.
