Problems managing your rent payments ?
From time to time its good to check whether you are managing your money as well as you could be. The team at the Society will do all they can to help you make your tenancy a success. This is our policy and part of the Society Deal. (in allocations section)
Please contact us if your circumstances change and you think it will affect your rent payments. We’ll make sure you can access the best advice.
We can arrange private confidential appointments for you to talk to our Housing Officer. If you would prefer to speak to an independent organisation like a specialist charity, we can let you know where to find them.
Our team can help you with budgeting and benefit advice and will help you get the information you need together so that you can use the useful on-line tools that are available.

The Government have already made changes to welfare benefits, and have introduced the under occupancy charge, benefits cap and universal credit.
